Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Fitzwilliam Townhouse is appreciated for its superb location, making it easy to walk to Dublin's city centre and Stephens Green. Guests often comment on the well-sized and nicely decorated rooms, with comfortable beds and large windows. Breakfast receives positive mentions, with options like eggs and pancakes alongside a continental buffet; some guests have noted the absence of a lift in this historical building, but found the charm and location to be more than adequate compensation. its proximity to transport links like bus lines (38, 38A, 26) for easy access to O'Connell street, the Phoenix Park, and even Howth Cliff Walk add to the convenience.

easy walkshelpful staffold building
The location allowed for easy walks to many restaurants. I could even walk downtown. The staff was very helpful and nice. They were attentive to my needs.
The stairs could be a problem for older or unfit people. The guest house felt a little dated. It was an old building, so I expected that.
